Focuses on: traditional Modern Vocabulary: Contraction, Release, Triplet Tilts, Prances, Locomotors, Collapse, Falls, Over-curve, Under-curve, Pitch, Swings, Spiral, etc.
Class consists of: Warm-up, Floor-work, Center, Traveling Movements, Combinations, Improvisation and Composition.
Training styles/methods employed: Graham, Horton, Humphrey, Limon, Cunningham, Taylor, Ailey.
